Haalu mosaru halwa(Milk and curds sweet) PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 1/4 cup
  • Curd 2 big spoon
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kesari(saffron)

Method

Put all the ingredients in a thick based pan and cook in a very low flame.
Stir continously till you get halwa consistency.
Pour the halwa into a plate greased with ghee.
Allow it to cool for some time and then cut into desired shapes.
