Ingredients
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Kesuvina Gantu 1/2 kg
- red chilli powder 3 -4 tsp
- Green chillie 10 12
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
- 2 whole garlic.(crushed)
- Salt
- Turmaric
- Oil
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Jeera 1/2 tsp
Method
Cook kesuvina gantu in a pan with red chilli powder greenc chillies, and turmaric.
Add water and cook for a while.
Then add Crushed 1/2 of the garlic.
Cook for some more time.
Put oil in a different pan and add muster seeds and jeera and the remaininng crushed garlic to it and it to Kesuvina gantu.
Cook for some more time until the water completely evoporates
