Ingredients
- Maida 1/2 cup (self raising flour)
- Riped banana 6
- Roasted White seseme seeds 2 table spoons
- Roasted and ground nut 1/2 cup
- Sugar powder 1/2 cup
- Salt.
Method
Mix maida with salt.
Cut banana into 1 inch pieces and roll on maida and deep fy in oil or ghee.
Sprinkle sugar powder . Seseme seed powder and ground nut powder on the fried banana.
- This can be used hot with any ice cream on the top.
